Junior Marketing Data Analyst (CRM)

We are actively looking to secure a Junior Marketing Data Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM analyst to join a dynamic and innovative team working across all products to deliver engaging and personalised communications to over 12 million individuals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Digesting marketing promotional briefs and turning them into a data driven selections.
  • Exploring our database and exploiting data available in order to deliver a more targeted, personalised experience to our customers.
  • Utilise CRM tools available (IBM Unica and SQL developer) to build out accurate and measurable data selections for both real time, batch and customer journey program communications.
  • Adhere to our quality control and planning processes to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of data

Education and/or Relevant Experience:

  • Experience working within a data driven marketing role - desirable
  • Have an interest working in data driven marketing - essential
  • Background in SQL - essential
  • Analytically minded with a keen eye for detail - essential
  • Strong communication skills - essential
