We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Job Purpose: We require a Junior Delivery Manager to join the team here at Experis, working onsite with Europe's leading Entertainment company located in West London. Working within a small team of delivery managers, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of communications campaigns for the client's stakeholders as well as supporting the delivery management team with some admin tasks.Our comms campaigns currently include email, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, push notifications and SMS, each with slightly different delivery processes and considerations. We now sequence these channels in connected customer journeys, resulting in more complicated delivery management that requires robust processes to support it.You'll be allocated comms campaigns each quarter and will engage with stakeholders to guide them through the delivery process, from kick-off meeting through to successful deployment and issue resolution. Excellent people skills are a must, you'll need to inspire confidence in all stakeholders and not shy away from difficult conversations.You'll champion the process and SLAs we work towards, tracking performance against both, and flagging scope-creep, risks & issues as soon as they're visible. You'll understand the impact of risks & issues, and when it's appropriate to escalate.Key Responsibilities:Delivery Managing quarterly comms campaigns:Facilitating and leading meetingsMaintaining up-to-date status awareness of each campaign and forward planning next stepsMaintaining all admin for each campaignFollowing delivery process and pre-agreed SLAs.Support wider DM team with ongoing adminProvide cover for other DMsThis role will require the following skills and experience:Education to degree level or highly relevant compensating work experienceExperience of using Adobe campaign or similar (desired, not essential)Experience of delivery management (Customer Comms desirable, but other types of delivery considered).Demonstrable evidence of project planning; tracking and managing dependencies and impacts.Detailed planning and organisation, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyHighly collaborative, confident at building relationships and communicating to different stakeholdersEnthusiastic self-starter; positive, can-do attitude and able to hit the ground running.Suitable Candidates should submit CVs in the first instance.
