Location: Blackpool - travel may be required to Manchester/Newcastle

Working Client Side - the IT Service Continuity (ITSCM) Manager will be ensure the management of the Clients Disaster Recovery Plans, in accordance with the agreed process.

The role is a hands on role where previous experience of Disaster Recovery engagement is desirable, to support the setting up of this newly formed team, and to work with.

  • Implementing the RBAC Process and supporting the ongoing development of the ServiceNow RBAC automation process
  • Setting up and managing the Reporting/Audit/Governance of the RBAC Process
  • Contribute to the development of RBAC processes\ tools to ensure continued improvement and service of the function.
  • Assess and onboard new applications into the RBAC framework, ensuring compliance and service continuance.
  • Provide Knowledge Transfer to ensure ongoing operability of the Process.

Key Skills required

  • Ideally a SME in ITSCM or a good working knowledge
  • Good all round Service Managmenet Skills
  • Strong Stakeholder Managmement Skills
  • Good knowledge of the IT Lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Overall Flexible approach to the work
