The work location is based in Stockley Park on 6 month contact duration.

Pay rate is between £25 - £35 per hour.

Description:

Requirements:

  • Looking for candidates with more experience, both hands on technical and also experienced in IT Customer Support (Levels 1 and 2 especially), as well as some Team management and small project management experience.
  • The person filling this role will need to Present from time to time to small groups, and be able to generally fill in for the Team Lead, to manage the team and attend meetings etc.

Key Skills

  • Lead, manage, monitor and assist the others within the team
  • fill in at meetings during Team Lead absence,
  • Cover Team manager Shift and others as necessary,
  • ensure OOH cover is in place at all times,
  • ensure that the Help desk is covered as much as is possible,
  • Make sure Tickets are being dealt with effectively and ticket numbers are acceptable and as agreed.
  • regularly and actively monitoring and assisting the rest of the team with Tickets in the UK Queue.
  • deal with and resolve customer tickets on a daily basis, as required to manage UK Queues and in order to ensure speedy and effective customer service, by the team.
