IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line - Hounslow
£25,000 over a 10 month FTC (with potential to extend into 2018)
Our leading client is currently recruiting for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team, based out of their office in Hounslow.
Our client is a global organisation, with offices all over the UK. They provide services to some of the biggest names in the industry.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support and ensuring all customer calls are followed through and completed to the callers' satisfaction.
In order to be successful in your application, it's important that you have at least 2 years experience working within an IT Support/Service Desk environment and will be familiar with Windows Genealogy, MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, Office 365 as well as ITSM tools such as Remedy/Service Now. You will also be familiar working with bespoke applications and will have experience working to company process in order to provide support on these applications.
