We are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst for a well-known creative communications business based in London. Focusing on client happiness & success combined with business intelligence, innovative creativity, content production and more. This business focuses their efforts in delivering customised solutions that really transform the way their client operates.

Their clients are some of the biggest known names in the world & their accolades span several reputable areas. We would like our IT Support Analyst to have;

  • An IT Qualification or computing related background with some demonstrable experience in a similar IT role. Essential is supporting/troubleshooting both Windows (10), Mac & iOS devices.
  • Experience in Active Directory account management, domain-based directory services and similar concepts such as Windows active directory and Azure AD.
  • Knowledge & understanding of IP Network concepts including hands-on network troubleshooting.
  • Office 365, SharePoint and One Drive management & troubleshooting.
  • Experience troubleshooting anti-virus and software firewalls including other endpoint security controls.
  • Experience supporting collaborative tools in a creative environment such as Zoom, Slack, Figma, InVision, G-Suite etc...
  • Adobe Creative Suite troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
