IT Service Manager - 12 Month FTC

Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a global provider of legal and regulatory software solutions based in Canary Wharf for an experienced IT Service Manager to join them on a 12 month FTC basis.

You will be responsible for the service and support function, ensuring it remains responsive to the customer needs, making sure all technical changes are communicated and managed, with the appropriate governance, and for implementing a programme of continual service improvement across the wider service delivery function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership to application and infrastructure 2nd and 3rd Level support teams
  • Responsible for the maintaining all service metrics, including performance, availability
  • Manages and assesses the performance of staff members who specialise in application support
  • Coordinates troubleshooting, support, and service for applications and infrastructure when necessary

This would be a great opportunity for someone with good experience of application support with infrastructure and application teams, great Java development experience, and demonstrable team leadership skills.
