This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join an established team.What will the role involve?Leading the team you will be responsible for providing first line support to the group throughout Europe as well as carrying out a variety of projects led by the Head of IT.The candidate will ensure work queues are efficiently managed and prioritised through their coordination of technical support agents. Moreover, the candidate will be expected to lead training and manage knowledge gaps within their team.
