Due to growth and an expanding client base, their IT Service Desk need to recruit a 2nd to 3rd Line IT Support Service Desk Engineer, who will report to the IT Technical Service Desk Manager.

  • Highly proficient in solid IT Service Desk and Helpdesk level concepts.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office 365,
  • Highly proficient Microsoft Windows Server / Desktop troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Virtualisation, Data Storage & Networking.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and dependable.
  • Excellent command of English and consultative telephone manner.
  • A high level of Client Service Customer focused.

Strong knowledge or a good understanding in these key areas will be advantageous:

  • Solid operational understanding of service management standards and tools; ITIL V3 Foundation qualified
  • Industry recognised qualifications including but not limited to Microsoft Certified (MCSA, MCSE)
