Service Desk Coordinator - Milton Keynes - £14 per hour
ITIL - Service Desk - Helpdesk - Coordinator

A leading client is looking to hire a 'Service Desk Coordinator'. You will work in a dynamic, vibrant environment for an organisation that's going from strength to strength.

The Service Desk Coordinator is an important role within Service Delivery. The main objective of this role is to review the standard of the information within a ticket as well as the duration of time it has been open. You will be assessing those tickets that need additional input before the client does so.

Key Responsibilities;

- Manage the coordination of tickets within the service desk team, ensuring the process is carried out with best practice and SLAs.

- Manage older tickets to the correct escalation process and pass any reassigning to other resolving parties

- Participate in Quality Assurance reviews of chosen tickets

- Liaise with leaders of teams to ensure SLAs are being adhered to

- Production of Key service reporting

Essential Skills;

- Strong communicator and organiser

- Excellent customer service skills

- Team player

- Familiar with Microsoft Office products

- Ability to work under pressure

- Carry out work to the best of your ability in agreed deadlines
