Day to day operation of the ICT Service Desk

This post is part of the team responsible for the day to day running of the ICT Service Desk, ensuring that SLA and other performance objectives are achieved.

Deliver a proactive and customer focused approach, providing a responsive, sensitive and professional service desk experience to staff within the and to other organisations within the health community and 3rd parties.

This is a technical position which is required to provide a 1st Line technical support function, with the knowledge and skills to support the culture of a first-time-fix call resolution service

Provide central point of contact for support staff.
