Working on behalf of a leading UK organisation I am currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3 month contract
The successful candidate will have a brilliant personality and be able to make the customer feel welcome and that they are in good hands!
Service Desk Expert with excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbally. You will have previously worked in a service desk environment and be happy in a role that will predominantly involve technical phone and email support
Day to day you will be working with call logging/ticketing software where you will be allocated support calls ranging from Simple Password resent through to troubleshooting of user related issues. You will be comfortable in using Active Directory and ideally have experience in Windows 2000, XP and 7 operating systems
