keys skills and experience required;

  • At least one year operating in a service desk environment
  • Understanding of ITIL would be preferred
  • Good working knowledge of MS-based operating systems - key focus on Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Proven experience supporting PC's, printers, networks, AD, Sophos antivirus
  • Must have excellent communications skills to ensure credibility with end-users
  • User & Security Group Active Directory administration experience
