A leading ISP is looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities;

  • Handle IT requests via Cisco phone systems, email and portal to thousands of end users.
  • Ensure adequate information in taken and logged.
  • Ensure all escalations are passed into the right department.
  • Work side by side with the Service Desk Team Leader.
  • Support of Mobile Devices.
  • Manage Active Directory/Office 365 login accounts.

Must have;

  • Experience in working in a Service Desk environment.
  • Strong customer and delivery focus.
  • Be able to demonstrate an analytical approach to an IT related issue.
