Our client, a leading Utilities organisation, is looking for 2 IT Project Managers to join their team.
This is a contract position based in Nottingham running for an initial 3 months.
Prior experience working on Contact Centre implementations is essential for this role.
There are currently 2 workstreams - our client is looking for each Project Manager to work on each separate work stream:
Call Recording and Work-Force Management integration:
- Implementation of NICE Call Recording and NICE WFM (aka TotalView)
- Integration with new Genesys contact platform and existing back-end systems
Contact Platform implementation - Dialler and Email channels
- Implementation of Genesys Dialler
- Implementation of Genesys Email contact channel
- Integration with existing CRM and back-end systems
- Previous experience implementing Contact Platform technology (eg, call-recording, a dialler, Genesys etc) is essential
- Experience managing Business Analysts, Architects, Designers etc would be ideal
