IT Programme Manager
Location: Aztec West, Bristol
12 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 + benefits
An IT Programme Manager is required to come in and deliver a brand new IT Programme for the UK's Leading Engineering support services organisation as part of their division based in Aztec West, Bristol.
As an IT Programme Manager you will be responsible for the whole delivery of the programme. You will have 3 Project Managers, Application Architect and a PSO Reporting into you so previous Line Management experience is required.
You will implement a structured programme plan, assembling project plans, budgets and teamwork assignments, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews as well as escalating quality, budget and timeline issues.
3rd party relationship management to ensure the successful delivery of the IT Projects, including resolving conflicts.
Track key programme milestones and adjust project plans to meet stakeholder needs including change control.
Highly experienced in delivering complex IT Solutions into a dynamic and high level environment from inception through to closure. You will need to have experience of delivering both Software and Infrastructure programmes.
Current Line Management responsibilities of managing multiple Project Managers
Ability to manage difficult stakeholders
This role will require some travel to London on a weekly basis (travel will be expense)
Please note these are 12 month Fixed Term Contracts to deliver a high level Programme. There may be an opportunity to be taken on permanently at the end of the Programme but this cannot be guaranteed.
This role will require the individual to obtain NVPP2 on acceptance of the position.
