Managing your day/week from your Home Base location, you will be tasked with general IT support and break-fix tasks for mostly desktop, laptop, hand-held and printer hardware and software, including some Server work. A professional and presentable person with a positive attitude is key as you will be representing the company on client sites so you will need to be customer facing with a high-level of Service Ethic i.e. "Customer is King" attitude!
You will be tasked with Hardware Installation/Maintenance/Break Fix, HP, Desktop, Laptops, Hand-Helds, Field Based Support Engineer with knowledge of Hardware/Software Installation and Break/Fix is urgently required to cover the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Stoke, Walsall and surrounding areas.
You will need to possess previous experience in an IT Support Engineer role and have a driving licence. Strong communication skills are essential to this role.
