The Opportunity
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to take one of our client's large contracts into its next phase with the customer, ensuring the team build on their reputation for impeccable delivery. As a Delivery Executive, you will lead a team to relentlessly deliver service excellence while driving a programme of innovation and change and maintaining a healthy P&L. You will be a part of the wider Defence team, building on a base of solid delivery to drive the journey to a next generation network.
- Accountable for delighting our Customer through excellent service delivery in line with obligations and any new services are professionally introduced & accepted into service.
- Accountable for the delivery of projects and programs to budget and contracted milestones.
- Leads, motivates and develops direct and indirect teams to build business capability. Manages teams to clear and unambiguous performance targets, measures team and individual performance, recognises strong performance and manages under-performance.
- Accountable for forecasting and management of the account P&L (orders, revenue & margin), balance sheet, and cash.
- Works in partnership with the wider Account team to develop trusted customer relationships and identify areas of new and incremental business.
