IT Communications Manager
Out client a large public sector organisation are seeking a IT Communications Manager to lead internal communications on a large IT change programme. This is a 6 month opportunity based within a new communications engagement function with close links to the clients IT function. The Communications Manager will develop, deliver and evaluate a programme of communications that engages the workforce and leaders to lead through change. They will work directly with senior leaders, advising them on internal change communications best practice, Supporting events, Developing content, coaching and helping to deliver key messages with impact.
Skills Required: Substantial internal communications experience in complex organisations with resource spread in multiple organisations. Experience of developing and implementing internal communications campaigns and ability to plan, analyse and use qualitative data effectively. Experience of IT change projects. Well developed stakeholder - project management experience, Qualifications in communications.
