The Role

You will be joining a world leading security and technology service provider who have invested billions of pounds in their services working with high profile clients on the most cutting edge projects. This role is available as the company is expanding.

The role of the Business Analyst is to analyse, refine & liaise on business requirements, translating these into IT requirements which enable delivery to the business. You'll act as a liaison between the business community and the IT organisation in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs, as well as assist in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.

The successful candidate will support translation of high level business requirements into functional requirements for the IT organisation and manage changes to such specification. You'll be required to negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business units and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.

The Fit

We're looking for a graduate with around 3 years work experience as an IT Business Analyst within a commercial environment and any exposure to a secure / regulated environment is desirable but not essential. You will be able to work independently to manage own workload to ensure project deadlines are met whilst resolving critical BAU issues with support from Senior Business Analyst's.

Ideally, you will have worked across a wide range of IT projects, ideally with some technical understanding of the application development lifecycle. We're looking for the ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations, as well as strong stakeholder management skills with evidence of collaborating with clients inside and outside the business.
