Governance and Assurance Manager - IT Operations

My client is seeking an experienced Governance and Assurance Manager to manage and improve the governance of activities within IT Operations. You will have a solid track record in delivering and managing governance and assurance activities and have experience of ISO accreditations. Must be familiar implementing governance within best practice frameworks, as you will work closely with the IT Operations team to ensure they adhere to the defined methodologies. Previous experience working within an IT Operations function would be highly advantageous, as would any experience with ITIL V3. Needs to have strong stakeholder management and be a self-starter who can hit the ground running.
