We are pleased to be partnering with our client an award winning investment fund business, who are currently recruiting within their investment operations team.

The Job

  • Responsible for completing the weekly payment runs; receiving, verifying, processing and reconciling invoices
  • Maintaining records and files of invoices and supporting information.
  • Responsible for the weekly reconciliation for invoices against posted transactions.
  • Daily management of investment operations email in-boxes and saving down relevant documentation.
  • Supporting the Fund Accountants with daily, weekly and monthly processes
  • Producing Management Information and KPI statistics

The Person

  • You will have a a strong academic track record with general proficiency in Maths and English
  • Previous experience gained within a financial investment business environment preferred.
  • IT proficiency using MS Office Microsoft Excel in maintaining / manipulating data
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player, able to manage personal workloads with the ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Promotes positive behaviour, continually striving for improvements in quality, efficiency and presentation, both personally and for the wider team.
