Candidates will be required to work away in Europe for weeks at a time carrying out commissioning, breakdown attendance, repairs, upgrades on combustionbusiton and energy systems. The ideal candidate candidate must have good Commercial/Industrial background Role Purpose:To provide safe, efficient and a high quality reliable service support for the company's products and to all customers. Key Responsibilities:Provide Service Support, including commissioning, breakdown attendance, fault finding and repairs, installation and upgrades, testing and training for combustion and energy systems.Promote the sale of service contracts, new products and spare parts.Support the Regional Service Manager. Main Tasks:Ensure all work carried out is adequately covered by customer order number.Complete daily service attendance report, warranty and commissioning reports and other documentation on a regular basis to Regional Service Manager.Provide attendance to out-of-hours or unsocial hours work as may be required from time to time.Carry out work on land based installations primarily within home region but from time to time as required work in other regions or overseas on both land and marine based installations.Comply with Health and Safety regulations, company procedures, technical standards and ISO 9001 quality procedures as may be applicable to task.Attend meetings as directed by Regional Service Manager.Assist in the rectification of outstanding works and provide warranty support for the company's products.Ensure all defects or non-conforming products are recorded and reported to the Regional Service Manager.Promote the sale of spare parts, service contracts, update and energy saving kits along with new products.Generate Sales lead documentation.Liaise with customers to ensure satisfactory outcome of the work/contract.To bring to the attention of the Regional Service Manager any matters that may significantly affect the standing, performance or financial position of the company.Any other duty or responsibility as may be defined and agreed with the Regional Service Manager.
