Internal Recruiter

The work location is in London and is an initial 6 week contract at a daily rate of £200-£220.

Must Have Essential Key skills & Background:

Key purpose of role:

* Ownership of vacancies from Internal Job Board advertising through to External Sourcing and offer processes.
* Drive direct hiring to source suitable candidates for vacancies
* Own the writing of exciting content for job descriptions, the expectation management of the hiring manager and the building of the sourcing plan for each vacancy.
* Own the candidate pipeline, initial candidate sifting and candidate management on behalf of the hiring managers.
* Develop, and build a detailed understanding of the business areas they are supporting, understanding the competitive market space, the key suppliers of recruitment services in that area, be able to pinpoint key job boards and publications that can support direct hiring initiatives.
* Build and develop direct candidate pipelines from direct search and direct advertising activities.

Key responsibilities:
Specific activities:
* Deliver an end to end managed recruitment service through various sourcing strategies, adhering to SLAs, creating service frameworks, measuring effectiveness, producing MI etc
* Develop sourcing and attraction plans to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates for the client's current and future requirements
* Manage Hiring Managers / Stakeholders to ensure effective fulfilment of vacancies (using the most cost effective method of recruitment).
* Give priority to internal talent pools and ensure everyone at the client has the opportunity to apply for vacancies
* Engage with external talent through networking, researching, mapping, creating candidate pools via job boards, social media etc, and create fluid talent communities
* Ensure all candidates adhere to UK employment legislation
* Work with and maintain the HR system Taleo Enterprise with a high level of data integrity
* Manage 3rd parties and preferred suppliers, where necessary
* Take an innovative and proactive approach to external market intelligence / competitor campaigns
* General recruitment activity to include posting roles internally & externally, CV sifting, candidate screening, shortlisting roles, organise hiring manager briefings, facilitate hiring decisions, etc


* Strong knowledge and experience of the recruitment industry, gained from either in-house or external RPO environments
* Ideally bringing onsite experience of delivering end to end vacancy & candidate management within a large, complex organisation
* Must have external candidate attraction experience; networking and sourcing candidates and researching candidate pools via job boards, online databases, social media, alumni, referrals etc.
* Thorough experience of delivering direct candidates, sourced from multiple markets (sourcing passive candidates, industry market mapping, LinkedIn and other social networking sites etc)
* Experience of lifecycle candidate management, from requisition through to offer management & contracting
* Essential that you have experience of working with/ using applicant tracking systems and HR databases (ideally Taleo) with a high level of data integrity.

* Excellent & demonstrable stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within a matrix management environment
* Experience of managing conflicting priorities and workloads within a busy team environment
* Demonstrable experience of delivering results & delivering against individual and team targets
* Well organised and structured approach to workload - excellent planning skills
* Motivated and passionate about excellent candidate experience and care
* Willing to travel and be adaptable and work in a flexible environment
