Innovation Delivery Lead

Act as the Innovation Delivery lead within the Plan to Perform Process Tower, leading and mobilising the team and integrating the individual responsibilities from within MFB, across the wider business, and from the Transformation Partner. Creating, driving forward and owning Proof of concepts and Pilots to support Global Process Design and allow MFB to achieve delivery success for the core ERP programme.

Skills required:

  • Leadership: lead multiple discipline teams from participants from MFB, the wider businesses and the transformation partners to successfully deliver the project deliverables.
  • Centre of Excellence knowledge: strong knowledge and experience in setting up PB&F Centre of Excellence and communicating changes to business audiences
  • Solution delivery experience: strong knowledge and experience in delivering Pilots with integrated SAP solution
  • Business acumen: Knowledgeable in the drivers of organisational performance improvement, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy (e.g. business KPIs, business cases)
  • Matrix working: Comfortable working on a large programme where activities are managed according to a matrix structure. Able to work collaboratively and manage the time of their team to meet project deliverables. Resilient and able to challenge others, dealing with resistance to change to meet defined Programme objectives
  • Trusted advisor: Good understanding and/or ability to learn about best practice and make process / system improvement recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Qualified SAP PB&F consultant with deep understanding of PB&F and HANA capabilities

Your accountabilities:

  • Act as delivery subject matter expert for the design authority.
  • Own the relationships necessary to implement proof of concepts & Pilots both across the business and with the Transformation partner teams where required,demonstrating understanding of the financial and operational consequences of performance.
  • Lead the Plan to Perform transformation members in the CFU/CUs to define best practices for the Plan to Perform Tower.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of multiple initiatives and Pilots (with GPO accountable for overall delivery of Tower's outcomes);
  1. Partner business stakeholders to determine their input into detailed designs and requirements the volume and metrics requirements
  2. Develop and obtain sign off to policy changes required for overall design.
  3. Deliver Pilots and validate the information model to support global process design.
  4. Ensure all necessary controls are embedded into the design, signed off by the controls team, ready for deployment into BAU.
  • Lead 12-week agile sprints to deliver benefits and prove out use cases. Then ensuring the business requirements are fully reflected in the end-to-end ERP design, exceptions to standard are minimised, best practices/use cases fully leveraged and implications for new ways of working are fully understood.
  • Testing & quality management
  1. Translate Pilots requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  2. Assess of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfil the Pilots requirements.
  3. Review of test scripts and execution of testing to ensure Pilots requirements are fully met.
  4. Assess Centre of Excellence operates at effective manner.
