Project Manager - Office 365 - Prince2 - Implementation - Applications Lifecycle - Digital - technology - ITIL

Infrastructure Project Manager with strong Office 365 implementation experience needed for a 8 month contract based in Central Swindon.

£350 - £400 Per Day

Swindon

8 month Contract

The client is a very large and respected name within the Swindon and South West areas with a reach across the UK. They currently have a huge amount of projects kicking off to keep them at the forefront of technology and with that they currently are looking to kick off their Office 365 project where they need a infrastructure project manager to head the projects implementation. For this you will require the below experience.

Essential
* Excellent understanding of digital and technology, including technical architecture and systems (applications lifecycles); ability to understand, converse and potentially challenge technical experts
* Demonstrable experience in cloud technologies
* Demonstrable experience of Office 365 implementations
* Demonstrable experience in federated authentication and identify management solutions.
* Clear understanding of security good practice.
* Experience working and managing IT in a multi-site organisation or across multiple organisations
* You must have a clear understanding and experience of supporting cloud based services and associated security
* Strong ITIL skills or experience of working in an ITIL environment, either through certification or demonstrable experience
* The ability to act on own initiative without referral and to tackle new and unexpected issues, often at short notice
* Experience of working with and managing technical staff and teams
* The ability to present technical issues and information to non-technical colleagues
* A demonstrable ability to negotiate with, influence and persuade others, to work with people of all levels and to build good relations with them, whilst being able to challenge them where necessary
* Strong focus on user needs and user centric service design
* The ability to work with high level instructions or ideas, developing these through consultation with the appropriate suppliers and stakeholders in line with business requirements
* The ability to resolve complex or difficult problems and to make judgements or decisions, co-ordinating a wide range of issues to produce interpretative decisions in matters not always covered by precedent
* Self-motivated and able to work proactively without minimal supervision, demonstrating a pragmatic approach and flexibility in working style
