Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Botley, Southampton
£45,000 - £48,000 + benefits
An Infrastructure Project Manager is required to work for the UK's Leading Engineering Support Services organisation as part of their Internal IS Division based in Botley, Southampton.
As an Infrastructure Project Manager you are aligned to the CORE Programme Management Team, responsible for delivering large IT Infrastructure based projects across the world. These projects can vary from DataCentre builds to email upgrades which are key to the organisations growth.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the following;
Tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet stakeholder and customer needs including change control.
Maintain a full set of high quality documentation, as required by the IT Project Management processes for each project
Effective coordination and communication with all areas of the business that impact the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work being managed
As the Infrastructure Project Manager you will have demonstrable Project Management experience, where you can highlight successful delivery of IT/Infrastructure based projects through the full lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have enthusiasm, the want to succeed and gravitas to get your projects delivered on time and in budget.
You will have worked to a structured Project Management methodology (Prince 2, MSP or AMP)
This role requires the individual to hold or be able to obtain SC Clearance on acceptance of the position.
