Incident Manager - Feltham - 6 months contact (View to extend)

My client, a large operations organisation is looking for an Incident Manager to join their high focused team. The role will be based in Feltham with the possibility of remote working.

Role background:

  • This role is supports delivery of High Touch Expert Care to major accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring follow-ups and closure of critical problems with large strategic customers.
  • Reporting on standard deliverables as defined by customer contract.
  • Being familiar with customers network history and leading regular discussions about ongoing support cases.
  • Regularly interacting with customers and internal teams in a coordinated fashion to ensure problem resolution.
  • Ability to use standard tools to receive alerts and monitor status of new customer service requests cases, pushing through to resolution.

Require skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • The ability to present monthly data on operations report
  • ITIL Foundation or higher
