Improvement & Transformation Manager



Job Purpose

To identify process improvement and efficiencies across the debt advice sector that will improve the number of clients accessing services and deliver good client outcomes.

To support colleagues in the development and continuous improvement of the customer journey.

Essential Criteria

  • A background in continuous improvement/process improvement ideally in a service industry.
  • Expertise in a relevant discipline such as Lean Six Sigma to a minimum of Green Belt level
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of change management within a supply chain context
  • Good analytical skills with an understanding of the important drivers of advice quality and client outcomes
  • Process mapping at value stream and tactical levels
  • Project management skills (Agile/PRINCE2 advantageous) and experience of leading teams on the implementation of solutions.
  • An understanding of the debt advice and/or Third Sector would be useful
  • UK wide travel required
