Job Description:

· Produce an Implementation schedule of activities for all associated teams responsible for implementation.
· Arrange and run Implementation Management forums as required, ensuring relevant parties attendance.

Tasks:

· A wide-ranging knowledge of IT systems, their relationships and dependencies and the technical platforms on which they reside.
· Experience using Confluence and Jira
· Experience working with ITIL ticketing management software (e.g. ServiceNow)

Mandatory technical skill:

· A wide-ranging knowledge of IT systems, their relationships and dependencies and the technical platforms on which they reside.
· Knowledge of Delivery/Release management
ISEB IT Service Management Foundation level

Mandatory business skill:

No specific qualifications are required but the following skills/attributes are essential:

· Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels with a positive "can do" attitude.
· Good negotiation and planning skills.
· Good general knowledge of IT systems.
· Well-organised, self-motivated and proactive.
Aspects of analytical skills, decision making, forward thinking.
· Team player with the ability to work under pressure using own initiative.
Adaptable and flexible approach.
· Exercising tact and diplomacy.
· A desire to be in control and prepared to take responsibility.
· Good general word processing skills - familiarity with Word, Excel, MS Project and MS
Powerpoint.
· Experience with process development and implementation
· Experience with delivery on public cloud platforms
· Experience working with Change management processes
· Knowledge of Delivery/Release management
