Implementation Analyst / Software / Graduate / Tax Compliance

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join the Central London office of a world-leading provider of intelligent business information. You will sit within their Tax and Accounting division which provides information software and solutions into accounting firms, corporations, law firms and government organisations.

As an Implementation Analyst as part of the Professional Services team that provides indirect tax compliance software implementation, consulting and training services to external clients, you will assist with the delivery of their software solutions on projects that range from relatively short, focussed assignments through to large-scale, long-term engagement across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the Professional Services team in its software implementation projects; liaising with clients to understand their business requirements, configuring clients software (design, build, test etc.), assisting in preparation of client end user training and supporting clients during roll-out and project closure
  • Assist in the completion of task-level project deliverables; project plans and timelines, design documentation, software configuration and testing, client end-user training and support materials, issue resolution and project status updates and reports.
  • Support the wider team in ongoing development of the product; providing client feedback and assisting with pre-sales activities such as software demonstrations

The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for technology and an interest in finance and tax. Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as extensive training and mentoring will be provided. You should however possess strong interpersonal and team-working abilities, with an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment. A recent undergraduate degree in a Computer Science or Finance field, or experience within the sector will be highly desirable.

The position will pay between £28,000 and £35,000 plus benefits.
