Role: Impact Analyst

Location: Remote / Telford

Role Description:

Respond to requests via the SingleEntry Point for all "impacting" requests from clients in a timely manner

  • Define and manage processes to produce quality, timely responses in line with client expectations for all Demand Types
  • Ensure appropriate engagement with CFGs, Clusters to produce high quality impacts
  • Close working with Engagement Managers and Project Analysts within Clusters to ensure responses are of the highest quality
  • Engage where appropriate with the client and key stakeholders and build / manage key relationships with the Client directly
  • Manage and escalate issues affecting meeting client expectation to Demand Hub Lead
  • Ensure adherence to the impacting processes and commercial constructs
  • Accountable for timely provision of impacts at the required level
  • Return responses for CRs
  • Ensure responses are fit for purpose and geared to 'win the work'. Thus, ensure deliverability and commercial assurance and checks are implemented to ensure the collated responses are correct
  • Monitor for Small Work Order requests

Tasks

  • MS Office /365 Pricing Engine IWF (Jira)
  • Ensure the Demand Hub validate all incoming impact requests against the acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure that, following initial triage, the Demand Hub identify the EM and request responses from appropriate DCs and Clusters
  • Work with EM and Architects to ensure complete impacts including dependencies, risks and costs
  • Ensure Impacts are managed against agreed OLA/SLAs Sense check responses (for deliverability, correct level, completeness)
  • Return consolidated response to EM
  • Ensure the Impacting Repository and CR2/IV repository are maintained and utilised
  • Develop strong relationships CFGs and Clusters
  • Work closing with impacting hub
