Role overview:
The GMS TECH Data Integrity Programme has the objective to reduce risks within GxP Systems related to manufacturing processes. This is an ongoing programme of work that started in 2016.
This role of the technical analyst is to support the business in the implementation and management of risk mitigation plans concerning Identity and Privilege Access Management.
Essential skills:

    • Knowledge of Industry best practice data integrity standards.
    • Technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) + Privileged Access Management (PAM).
      • Analysis of current permissions strategy and supporting the definition of target state.
      • Collate and Prepare Management Information(MI), provide progress Reports.
      • Review current configuration of privileged access roles and drive adoption of target state.
      • Experience in the integration of IAM and PAM tooling.
    • Excellent communication and active listening.
    • Analyst, Change Management and Risk Management skills
    • Able to work effectively in teams & in a matrix organisation across geographies, time zones & cultures.
    • Ability to prioritize work based on project needs


Software skills:

  • A good understanding of office products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
  • Preferable is knowledge of the implementation or usage of CyberArc and SailPoint


Key responsibilities:

  • Analysis
    • Understand tasks, report progress and escalate issues to the Project Manager
    • Analyse and manipulate business data related to data integrity
    • Work with Service Managers and other business contacts to implement mitigation plans
    • Lead aspects of change providing advice and guidance to stakeholders
    • Maintain risk records and documentation to reflect the current risk status
  • Training
  • Ensure personal training records are complete in compliance with company procedures
  • Teamwork
    • Support project team and participate in team meetings as required
