They are looking for individuals with working knowledge and experience of the following manufacturers equipment:Dell/EMC Enterprise Storage Arrays support and managementCisco Networking infrastructure (Switches, Routers) support and managementHPE X86 Severs including Industry Standard DL ServersBlade Chassis/managementx86 Desktop/Laptop support and managementITSM/ITIL FoundationBasic Microsoft OfficeServiceNowVMWare VirtualisationSystem Backup and RestoreJob Responsibilities and experience:You will be part of a 15-person team IT support team, who are responsible for ICT integrity within a secure Command and Control facilityPrevious experience and working knowledge of named manufacturers equipment (HP, Dell/EMC, Cisco) in order to investigate technical issues, run diagnostics and interpret manufacturers management tools, to determine route cause and resolve technical problems.Experience in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (IT Service Management) industry best practiceCapable of undertaking manufacturers patching regimes and proactive remedial work to ensure infrastructure integrity Extra Client Benefits:Retention bonus: Annual fixed fee of £6,000 If you have the above skills, please submit your CV in the first instance.
