Hyperion Functional Architect to work on the migration of Hyperion workforce and Financial planning from On-Premise to Cloud.

Duration:8 months
Location: Wilmslow
Rate: Market Rate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for studying the existing Hyperion business planning process and preparing the AS-IS Document.
  • Responsible for performing comprehensive business process assessment of migrating On-Prem EPM application to Cloud and providing the necessary recommendation to the client.
  • Responsible for providing the To-Be Planning business process on EPM cloud environment.
  • Responsible for providing Business process transformation solutions needed for migrating On-Premise EPM applications to Cloud.
  • Interact with Key Business users, understand their pain areas with the current EPM platform and provide solutions for addressing the pain areas on EPM cloud.
  • Responsible for gathering requirement from the business users.

Essential Skills:

  • Hands-on tech-functional consultant with minimum of 2 full life cycle implementation of EPBCS in an enterprise client environment.
  • Very Strong experience with in Essbase and Hyperion Planning & Budgeting (on premise).
  • Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions and workshops in financial planning, budgeting, allocations in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in configurations in Financials, Workforce and Capital areas of product.
  • Hands-on experience to configure the application for leading prototype sessions, CRPs with business users.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Certification from Oracle in EPBCS.

  • Experienced in working with cross functional teams especially with Oracle Cloud ERP

  • Strong listening, verbal (especially telephone) and written communication skills are a must
  • Experience in working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial applications.
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers including MS Office Programs (Visio, Word, etc.) Acrobat Professional and Ticketing Systems
