Hypercare Support Analyst (ServiceNow) - Coventry - 3-month contract

A Hypercare Support Analyst with ServiceNow experience is required to join a gas distributor end client based in Coventry on a 3-month contract.

The role:
You will provide IT administration support for the Hypercare team, within the client's IT migration programme. This will include producing data from ServiceNow (presentation packs and reports).

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and 3rd parties.
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience of ServiceNow and the ability to create ad hoc reporting to support with the Hypercare process
  • Excellent level of computer literacy and standard MS applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good influencing and excellent team working skills
  • An ability to retrieve and manipulate information from the client's business systems
  • A willingness to quickly learn about the organisation, business issues and its processes
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills
