Role: HRIS Analyst - Workday Implementation

Location: Amersham/Home Based

Duration: Until December 2020

Day Rate: £450 - £650 depending on experience

HRIS Analyst - Workday Implementation

A global client is looking for a HRIS Analyst to provide subject matter expertise and to bring detailed understanding of Workday.

The successful candidate must have functional experience in a global Workday implementation.

Key responsibilities for the Workday Business Analyst (Functional, HRIS Implementation, SME)

  • Define and develop functional requirements
  • Gather and analyst business requirements and HR initiatives
  • Advise on configurations for Workday
  • Create functional specification documents

Key experience for the HRIS Analyst (Functional, Workday Implementation, SME)

  • Previous experience in a functional role in a Workday implementation
  • Exposure to change management and HR transformation in a global organisation
  • Knowledge of HR systems and HR strategy
  • Proven experience of delivering business change programmes
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
