HR/Recruitment Coordinator

We are actively looking to secure a HR/Recruitment Coordinator to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job Purpose

Provide the business with an effective, professional and efficient administration service for all SOW requisitions, ensuring all client systems are updated and accurate throughout the end to end process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and agencies regarding SOW compliance queries.
  • Develop strong networks with suppliers within the business and act as the main point of contact for managers regarding new/existing statements of work
  • Accurately maintain the Excel trackers.
  • Effectively monitor and respond to all correspondence, emails and post received ensuring actions are completed within SLA
  • Ensure all transactions carried out, are in accordance with the current legislation (GDPR)
  • Supports SOW requisition activity/ Assist Hiring Mangers with SOW creation and rate research
  • Review SOW requests from Hiring Managers to ensure they are in-line with policies and engaged appropriately
  • Assists in ensuring compliance and audit adherence
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders throughout the business
  • Ensure all data entry is correct for reporting and compliancy purposes.
  • Provide fixed and ad-hoc reporting on all active SOW's
  • Provides a professional response and exhibits strong customer service orientation when dealing with all clients.
  • Maintains thorough and accurate documentation on any end user interactions.
  • Works to meet all existing SLA's (internal and contractual) and works to improve overall process by recommending improvements. Works to meet or exceed individual and group production targets.



This role will require the following skills and experience:

  • Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience working within Recruitment or HR
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing and able to demonstrate a high level of customer service.
  • Articulate with a positive approach, capable of dealing with confrontational situations sensitively & professionally, as well as forging strong relationship with Hiring Managers and suppliers
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and to professionally and effectively represent the organisation as required.
  • Resilient with the ability to remain calm and professional under challenging circumstances
  • Ability to project professionalism and confidence at all levels over the phone and face to face
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to self-manage workload, set target dates, meet deadlines and follow processes.
  • Effectively monitor and respond to all correspondence, emails and post received ensuring actions are completed within SLA
  • Data entry skills, strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.
  • Ensure all transactions carried out, are in accordance with the current legislation (Data Protection Act)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
