HR Operations Advisor - Employee Relations (Performance, Conduct and Absence) - Change Management - Stakeholder Management - Integration

My client a leading Technology provider to the Education Sector are seeking a HR Operations Advisor to work on a large integration programme providing HR operational support. Typical duties will include ER case management, Recruitment Support, Absence Reporting, Policy and Procedural support etc.

The successful candidate will join a larger team supporting the integration planning on a large programme of work as well as providing HR advice and support as required. You will need to be self-sufficient and able to use your own initiative with the some previous experience of managing change programmes and ER case management.

With excellent communication skills, you will also be very comfortable building and maintaining relationships with heads of and line managers, other HR Advisors and potentially executive level Stakeholders.
