You will manage a team of 8, responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the full employee life-cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding, and act as first point of call for compensation and benefit queries for all UK & Ireland employees.

About your new role:

Leading an experienced and friendly team of 8, this role is accountable for the day-to-day management of activities that support the employee life-cycle. This role is varied and busy, and so would suit someone who is able to keep calm and organised under pressure whilst still maintaining a high level of service to multiple stakeholders.

Key accountability's will include:

  • Ensure HR employee data and associated duties are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Development of new ways of working, processes and tools. I.e. ticketing systems, job allocations, e-filing solutions etc.
  • Provide an effective first point of contact for employees on all HR life-cycle queries and issues
  • Manage the performance and development of 8 HR Administration team members
  • Ensure data is collected, stored and processed in compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business, including HR colleagues (Payroll, HR Business Partners and Recruitment teams)
  • Monthly KPI reporting against specific service objectives

About you:

  • Experience of leading a team is essential
  • Previous experience working in a HR and/or Payroll function
  • Qualification in Business, HR or associated discipline desirable (e.g. CIPD)
  • Experience using Workday HRIS highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and able to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to identify changes and improve business processes
  • Able to work with data sets in a compliant and effective manner
