The world's leading provider of intelligent business information is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their Canary Wharf office. As a HR Manager covering the organisations Enterprise Technology division, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who has extensive experience in employee relations and is seeking a new challenge within a global organisation.
You will be responsible for providing a strong HR service and support to your business area whilst supporting the strategic agenda built by the HRBP. You will assist with bonus and pay reviews, talent management and performance management, and should act as a trusted advisor to Managers and Employees on all HR related matters. You will take ownership of medium to high potential litigation cases, working closely with the Employee Relations team on issues such as settlements, grievances, redundancy, re-deployment, probation and capability.
The business is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn new skills and challenge themselves within a busy environment. You should possess excellent communication skills with a proven ability in employee relations and stakeholder management. Any prior experience with transformation or restructuring of teams will be highly desirable, as will experience supporting technical teams.
The position will pay between £30,000 and £45,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
