Currently seeking an experienced and adaptable HR Manager on a 6 month FTC basis to join a leading provider of high-level technical and engineering solutions to its diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, bringing together thousands of technical professionals across the globe.

On offer; good basic (prorata)+ 5% flexi bens package + some flexible working + some home-working available

The successful HR Manager will provide instrumental generalist HR support and some business partnering services to its employee base, many of whom are based remotely or across various client sites up and down the UK. You will be encouraged to apply a continuous improvement approach while also being able to develop your own skills and capabilities in a large-scale environment.

Key skills and experience required;

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR Manager position with a solid understanding of business re-org, employment law, settlement agreements, case management...
  • CIPD certified or HR degree highly desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen - ideally come from a commercially focused organisation, consultancy background would be highly beneficial
  • Able to question and challenge best practice where appropriate and able to create value-add solutions
  • Good knowledge of how to balance process and policy in a pragmatic and commercial manner
  • Worked in a change/business transformation environment
  • Experience in diversity and inclusion
  • Experience in Employee engagement
  • Manage complex and high-level stakeholder relationships
  • Be able to prioritise and act proactively to avoid risk and keep to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal and be able to work as a team
