HR Change Manager- Kingston Upon Thames- 12 Months. The client is looking for candidatates with HR Change background managing change in UK, and if possible experience of working across Europe with works councils. (We will be working at pace, so need someone who can bring change experience to the role so they can help me to run with it).Highly organised with strong project experience Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales Excellent communicator as will need to liaise with contacts across the world, and at times with Vice Presidents.Will also help with building communication decks, so need to have very strong English language, verbal and written.Responsibility will ultimately be to help to drive the project through to completion. Helping to ensure the client are supporting HRBPs with comms and queries relating to their business areas. You will be first point of contact for all queries on the project.
