About the role:

This is a varied communications role which involves supporting with the delivery of Internal Communications related to global HR change projects for Unilever. The role will work closely with the relevant HR Teams and Business Leads in order to build and manage a plan for Communication as well as the creation of the required collateral.

It would suit someone with an interest in change management and is happy to work at pace.

Key Accountabilities:
* Internal communications for multiple sites across the UK.
* Co-ordinating the localisation of communications across multiple sites globally.
* Working closely with the Project team in order to own and deliver the Internal Communications plan in support of Global change projects.
* Engage and manage country communications managers as required in line with the communications plan.
* Build relationships with internal stakeholders both within HR and the wider Business across the organisation to develop appropriate communications materials.
* Essential: Experience in internal communications.
* Essential: Has managed employee messaging throughout a period of change.
* Essential: Experience in developing content.
* Essential: Use of Microsoft packages, specifically PowerPoint.
* Essential: Outstanding English written and spoken communication skills.
* Desirable: Experience of working with multi-country stakeholders with the ability to adapt style and build strong relationships.
* Desirable: Experience in managing/coordinating a global communication strategy
* Desirable: Experience in external communication.
* Change communications specialist, with an all-round strong working knowledge of the various disciplines of internal communications.
* Planning and forward thinking combined with excellent execution.
* Outstanding written skills and experience of making complicated information simple and engaging.
* Team player. Keeps a balance between personal accountability and delivery through team work.
* Excellent Bias for Action, shows accountability and responsibility and has a 'can do' attitude
* Cultural sensitivity and resilience.
