HR Business Partner- 3-6 months FTC
A HR Business is required to join the company that provide educational services to every age group, vocational training in high-growth industries, behavioural health services, work readiness skill building and jobs - all targeted to helping people achieve long-term self-sufficiency. The HR Business Partner will initially join on a 3-6 month FTC, with the possibility of an extension, to support an important implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to make a big impact during an exciting time for the company.
The HR Business Partner's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- To support the implementation of JETS (Job Entry Targeted Support) which will support those who have lost their jobs due to COVID
- Review all job descriptions and re-write
- Implement Jobatar - Recruitment video platform
- Mass recruitment
- Account management for Recruitment Agencies and budget management
- If successful in the next stage of bids, a further 3 months to support the next contract implementation and BAU tasks
Interested applicants will be experienced HR professionals, with generalist knowledge, and experience in fast-paced environments. You should also have a demonstrable background in working on projects at a fast pace and implemented them successfully. A CIPD qualification would be highly desirable.
