Our esteemed client near Taunton is currently seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Interim HR Business Partner to assist in driving positive change alongside delivering a variety of other HR initiatives and strategies in OD, ER, Resourcing, Pay, People issues (disciplinaries etc). This role will require a tactical and strategic approach.

The successful HR Business Partner will be responsible for assisting the continued path into the digital age with an overall responsibility with other HR BPs to enhance the overall performance of the business through the effective engagement of its workforce.

This role will provide you with Security Clearance whilst in post. The successful candidate will need to pass a DBS prior to starting.

Keys skills and experience required;

  • CIPD qualified with at least 5 years of professional experience in HR posts
  • Previous experience is a change environment through its people
  • A proven track record in delivering a range of HR disciplines and people issues such as Pay, Resourcing, HR/OD policies and strategies
  • Must have strong Employee Relations knowledge inline with ACAS guidelines - this includes a strong background in employee disciplinaries, grievance, absenteeism, and overall performance
