An exciting opportunity has arose for a contract HR Business Partner role for one of my well known clients based in Birmingham. The contract is an initial three months but may be extended. You will be working with Senior Managers at a strategic and operational level where you will provide support and guidance to ensure all operations are supported effectively and proactively. Qualifications, knowledge and experience required: CIPD qualified.Excellent communication skills. Experience of managing complex, end to end ER cases.Up-to-date HR and employment law knowledge.Previous experience working in a unionised environment. Experience of people planning and training.
