HR & Payroll Consultant

HR & Payroll Consultant needed by our client to implement a new Payroll, you will be Managing, planning, and execution of an HR and Payroll System implementation across the full end to end lifecycle. Understanding and meeting the business needs and ensuring the HR based systems support the overall corporate strategy, priorities, and ambitions.
- Implementation consultant with a strong background in HR/Payroll systems implementation
- Strong Project Manager experience, having delivered a HR Systems project ideally in a Public Sector / Government environment
- Technical experience / understanding of IT Systems
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Compliance with Employment legislation
- Problem identification and resolution skills
- Ability to train others
- Excellent customer service skills
