HR Administrator

A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a FTSE 100 Organisation based in Witney to provide a professional administrative service in support of the current TUPE of employees. As part of a wider HR transitioning team you will take shared ownership for a number of sites assisting the smooth process.

Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per year

Location: Witney

Contract: Until the end of July 2018 - Potential of turning permanent.

Primary responsibilities include;

  • Maintain the reconciliation of TUPE data and support the smooth transfer of data and paper files
  • Assist in the due diligence and discovery activity relating to TUPE staff
  • Support communications activities in preparation of venues and supporting documentation
  • Prepare documentation and letters for employees
  • To provide correct and timely advice to employees acting as the front line for queries.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to identify opportunities for integration and sharing of best practice.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of English and Maths GCSE
  • Previous HR / Recruitment administration experience
  • Proficient using MS Office packages
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver accurate and timely quality of work
  • CPP qualification is desirable
