About the role

Here at Babcock we're looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a part time basis for a 6 month fixed term contract.

You will provide support to BIL for HR Admin and Payroll and to support peaks in BCSL HR activity including salary reviews, bonuses and P&P updates.

What do I need to do the role?

Relevant HR qualification (e.g. CPP) or working towards an HR qualification is essential, though a demonstrable and significant experience within a generalist HR administration role will be considered.

You will also have previous working experience of auctioning payroll and using a sophisticated HR database, ideally SuccessFactors as well as demonstrating proficiency in excel and word.

What else do I need to know?

Working hours for this role is 22.5 hours a week and days/times are quite flexible for the right person.
